نبحث عن محاسب محترف ومبادر للانضمام إلى فريقنا والمساهمة في إدارة العمليات المالية اليومية.
🔍 المهام الرئيسية:
-
إعداد وإصدار الفواتير اليومية ومتابعة الحسابات.
-
تسجيل كافة المعاملات المالية (دخل، مصاريف، رواتب…).
-
تنظيم وحفظ سجلات المبيعات والمشتريات بدقة.
-
متابعة الذمم المدينة والدائنة.
-
استخدام برنامج محاسبة (يفضّل Falcon) لإدارة العمليات.
-
إعداد هياكل التسعير الخاصة بالموردين وقنوات البيع، مع التحقق من هامش الربح.
-
دراسة أوامر الشراء من قسم التوريد.
-
متابعة وتجهيز أوامر التوصيل، وضمان دقة تحميل التكاليف والمصاريف لكل شحنة.
-
مطابقة حسابات الموردين، والتحقق من المستندات، وحل الفروقات، وضمان الدفع في الوقت المناسب.
-
تنفيذ مهام إغلاق نهاية الشهر، بما في ذلك تسويات الجرد.

إعداد التقارير المالية (الميزانية العمومية، قائمة الأرباح والخسائر).

البقاء على اطلاع على الأنظمة المالية وتقديم التوصيات للإدارة.
✅ المؤهلات المطلوبة:

بكالوريوس محاسبة أو مالية.
-
خبرة عملية من 2 إلى 3 سنوات في المحاسبة.
-
إتقان التعامل مع أنظمة المحاسبة – خبرة في Falcon تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
-
فهم جيد للجرد، تخصيص التكاليف، ومطابقة حسابات الموردين.
-
اهتمام كبير بالتفاصيل، مع مهارات تنظيمية وتحليلية قوية.
-
القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل، وتحقيق المهام ضمن مهل قصيرة.

📢 We’re Hiring: Accountant (2–3 Years Experience)

Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about numbers?
We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Accountant to join our team and take charge of our day-to-day financial operations.
🔍 Your Main Responsibilities Will Include:
• Preparing and issuing daily invoices, and monitoring accounts.
• Recording all financial transactions (income, expenses, payroll, etc.).
• Organizing and maintaining accurate sales and purchase records.
• Following up on receivables and payables.
• Using accounting software (preferably Falcon) to manage financial operations.
• Preparing separate pricing structures per supplier and across sales channels, while checking profit margins.
• Studying purchasing orders issued by the supply chain department.
• Following up and preparing delivery orders, ensuring accurate cost postings and associated expenses per shipment.
• Reconciling vendor and supplier accounts, validating documents, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring timely payments.
• Handling end-of-month closing tasks, including adjustments to inventory transactions.
• Preparing financial reports including balance sheets and income statements (P&L).
• Staying updated on financial regulations and advising management accordingly.
✅ Who You Are:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in accounting roles.
• Proficient in accounting systems (experience in Falcon is a strong plus).
• Strong understanding of inventory, cost allocation, and vendor reconciliation.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure.
