Admin Assistant – Part time

About the job

Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join a fast-paced environment of our General Administration team at Weatherford, a leading provider of innovative solutions, technology, and services to the Oil and Energy industry.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will work closely with business leaders and assist with general office administration to support day-to-day operations. This will be organizing physical and digital files, events, scheduling of field personnel, vendor management, logistics for tools, ensuring deadlines are met with changing priorities.

Skills

 

  • Professional attitude with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good computer knowledge in Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to collaborate with team members.
  • Customer service focus.

Qualifications

 

  • Up to 1 year of office experience or internship

Work Schedule
