تعلن شركة Al Mottawer Engineering Consultancy – MEG & Partners عن حاجتها لتعيين مهندس تصميم معماري (Architectural Design Engineer) للعمل بدوام كامل في مكتبها في عمّان، الأردن.

نبذة عن الشركة:
شركة رائدة بخبرة تتجاوز 25 عاماً في تقديم الحلول الهندسية المتكاملة في مجالات متعددة تشمل: المشاريع السكنية، التجارية، الصحية، التعليمية، الطيران، والتخطيط الحضري. مكاتبنا تمتد في: مكة، جدة، الرياض، وعمّان.

✅ المهام والمسؤوليات:

• إعداد تصاميم معمارية ورسومات تنفيذية (LOD300–LOD350) وفق الأكواد الأردنية والسعودية والدولية.

• تحضير عروض تقديمية ومستندات تنفيذية باستخدام برنامج Revit.

• التنسيق مع الأقسام الهندسية الأخرى لضمان تكامل التصميم.

• اختيار المواد والتشطيبات حسب الأداء الفني والقيمة الجمالية.

• مراجعة متطلبات المشروع والمعايير التنظيمية.

• التنسيق مع الاستشاريين الخارجيين لضمان الجودة والاتساق في التصاميم.

✅ المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• بكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية أو هندسة العمارة من جامعة معترف بها.

• خبرة من 3 إلى 6 سنوات في مجال التصميم المعماري (يفضل ضمن شركات استشارية).

• إتقان برنامج Revit شرط أساسي.

• مهارات عالية في التصميم والتفاصيل المعمارية وفهم لطرق البناء.

• إلمام بكودات البناء الأردنية والدولية.

• مهارات تواصل وتنظيم ممتازة والقدرة على العمل ضمن فريق متعدد التخصصات.

• إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

Our services include civil, electrical, mechanical, fire protection, traffic, and industrial engineering, alongside architectural and urban development planning.
Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architectural Design Engineer to join our Amman office. This position focuses on architectural design development and coordination for a variety of building typologies. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical knowledge, aesthetic sensitivity, and collaborative spirit to contribute to our growing portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Develop architectural design and detailed shop drawings (LOD300–LOD350) in compliance with local, Saudi, Jordanian, and international codes and standards.
Prepare architectural presentations, design development packages, and construction documents using Revit.
Collaborate closely with other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated and coordinated design outputs.
Participate in the selection of materials and finishes based on technical performance and aesthetic value.
Review project requirements, design briefs, codes, and standards.
Coordinate with external consultants to maintain design consistency and quality.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering from a recognized university.
Minimum 3 to 6 years of experience in architectural design, preferably within a consultancy environment.
Proficiency in Revit tools is mandatory.
Strong architectural design and visualization skills with a solid understanding of detailing and construction methods.
Familiarity with Jordanian and international building codes and standards.
Excellent coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
Fluency in Arabic and English is a plus.
