🎯 المهام الوظيفية:

دعم الأداء اليومي للمتجر وتحقيق أهداف المبيعات

تحليل مؤشرات الأداء (KPIs) وتطبيق استراتيجيات بيعية

الإشراف على عمليات التجنيد والتدريب وإدارة الفريق

متابعة العمليات التشغيلية (المخزون، الجداول، المحاسبة)

تقديم خدمة عملاء عالية الجودة ومعالجة الشكاوى

مراقبة معايير العرض المرئي ونظافة المتجر

إجراء تقييمات الأداء وتحديد فرص تطوير الفريق

We’re looking for a driven Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations, team development, and sales performance at Fashion Retail Corner. Your role will help ensure excellent customer service, smooth store operations, and a strong team culture while upholding our brand standards.
Responsibilities
✅ Drive store performance to meet/exceed sales & profit targets
✅ Analyze KPIs and implement sales strategies
✅ Recruit, train & lead a high-performing team
✅ Oversee daily operations: scheduling, replenishment, stock control, and cash handling
✅ Ensure top-tier customer service and resolve complaints professionally
✅ Monitor visual merchandising, stockroom accuracy & cleanliness
✅ Conduct staff performance reviews and identify development needs
✅ Report on sales, productivity, and store performance to management
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in retail or customer-facing roles, preferably in fashion retail
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in interpreting sales data and KPIs
Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or a related field is a plus
