تُعلن شركة Taleed Medical عن حاجتها لتعيين مهندس صيانة (Service Engineer) للعمل في مدينة العقبة – الأردن، وفقًا للمؤهلات والشروط التالية:
🛠️ المهام الوظيفية:
-
تركيب وصيانة وإصلاح المعدات الطبية الحيوية وفق معايير الشركات المصنعة.
-
تنفيذ برامج الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية للأجهزة حسب الجداول والخطط المعتمدة.
-
تقييم كفاءة المعدات والعمل على تحسين أدائها وتوثيق الأعطال ونتائج الصيانة.
-
التعاون مع فرق العمل وتقديم الدعم الفني عند الحاجة.
-
الحفاظ على بيئة عمل آمنة والتقيد بمعايير الصحة والسلامة.
-
إدارة علاقات مهنية فعالة مع العملاء والزملاء.
-
متابعة قطع الغيار والاحتياجات الفنية لتوفيرها في الوقت المناسب.
📋 المؤهلات المطلوبة:
-
شهادة جامعية في الهندسة الطبية الحيوية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
-
خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في نفس المجال.

Responsibilities
· Performing and carrying out, all necessary on-site installation, maintenance and repair of biomedical equipment and ensuring that items are operational at any given time.
· Organizing and participating in the installation of biomedical equipment per Manufacturers’ specifications.
· Evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of biomedical equipment.
· Following the schedule and carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance works for the equipment according to the manufacturer’s protocols, manuals, and recommendations.
· Reporting any issues or problems on equipment to Team Leaders for further assistance, documentation or additional tools.
· Coordinating scheduling and work-related activities with Team Leaders.
· Following work-related directives and executing tasks assigned by Team Leaders, Stakeholders and/ or Management.
· Filling out and submitting service reports that include customer and equipment identifications, timestamping, operational complaints, details of services performed on equipment and any additional requirements for work or parts.
· Maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to Company’s and Manufacturers’ Health and Safety standards at all times, both on company premises and customer sites.
· Developing and maintaining professional business relationships with customers and colleagues.
· Providing technical support, when needed, and participating in training sessions where required, both company and customer based.
· Keeping track of available equipment spare parts and ensuring critical spares are availed through the proper channels and workflow.
· Conducting the required failure analyses to improve equipment effectiveness and uptimes (RCA, MTBF, etc.).
Qualifications
· Degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field
· Minimum 2 Years Experience
· Proficiency in both English & Arabic languages is a must
· Must be resident in Aqaba, Jordan يجب أن يكون مقيمًا في العقبة
· Must possess a valid driver’s license and car
· Ability to work under pressure and on call full time
· Has good communications skills
· Basic computer skills
