🔹 الوظائف المتاحة:
1. كبير مسؤولي تطوير المفاهيم (Concept Development Senior Officer)
المؤهلات:
-
درجة البكالوريوس في التسويق أو الهندسة أو تخصص ذي صلة
-
خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات، ويفضل خلفية هندسية
-
مهارات عالية في خدمة العملاء والتواصل
-
القدرة على تنظيم الوقت والمهام بكفاءة
-
إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية
-
معرفة جيدة بأدوات Microsoft Office
المهام الرئيسية:
-
قيادة مبادرات تطوير الأعمال التجارية داخل بيئة المطار
-
تنسيق البيانات والدعم من الأقسام الداخلية (قانوني، مالي، تقني)
-
متابعة تنفيذ المشاريع الجديدة داخل المطار
-
إدارة قواعد بيانات العملاء والشركاء
2. مسؤول تطوير الأعمال (Business Development Officer)
المؤهلات:
-
بكالوريوس في التسويق أو تخصص ذي صلة
-
خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات
-
مهارات تنظيمية ومهارات متعددة المهام
-
إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية والعربية
-
إتقان Microsoft Office
المهام الرئيسية:
-
إدارة الاتصالات مع المستثمرين والمستأجرين
-
متابعة العمليات الإدارية الخاصة بالتطوير التجاري
-
دعم إعداد المناقصات والتنسيق بين المشاريع

#1 Concept Development Senior Officer
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, or any related field.
Minimum five years of experience in a related field – engineering background is a plus.
Customer service oriented and excellent communication skills.
Good reporting skills.
Excellent organization and time management skills.
Excellent command of both English and Arabic languages (written, spoken).
Very good Microsoft Office knowledge.
Principal Accountabilities
Driving commercial business development initiatives within the airport environment.
Gathering and organizing internal data from divisions (i.e., Legal, Finance, Technical) to support new business opportunities.
Coordinating cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless onboarding of new customers.
Overseeing the implementation of new customer projects within the terminal and airport premises.
Maintaining and updating internal business development and customer databases.
Creating and managing documentation and summary tables for concessionaires, tenants, and third-party stakeholders.
Utilizing digital tools to update shared folders and support collaborative workflows.
Demonstrating strong screening and communication tracking skills.
#2 Business Development Officer
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any related field.
Minimum three years of experience in a related field.
Strong organization and multitasking skills.
Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude.
Excellent communication skills (English and Arabic).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Principal Accountabilities
Demonstrating strong administrative and organizational skills.
Handling first-line communications with potential tenants, investors and commercial stakeholders.
Tracking and archiving all correspondence related to business development activities, including tenders and proposals.
Applying basic knowledge of tender processes.
Supporting project coordination activities.
