Are you passionate about leading digital conversations, empowering teams, and making a real impact across social platforms? We’re looking for a Community Operations Supervisor to join our growing team and drive the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of our community engagement.
In this role, you’ll lead a team of community executives, ensure brand alignment across all platforms, streamline workflows, and take a front-seat role in crisis response and audience insight reporting.
Key Responsibilities
1-Team Supervision & Scheduling
· Manage team scheduling to ensure platform coverage
· Supervise daily operations and guide community executives
· Monitor performance, productivity, and escalate issues as needed
2-Quality Assurance & Social Listening
· Oversee QA on all community responses, ensuring alignment with brand voice and client guidelines
· Analyze social listening dashboards for tone, crisis alerts, and engagement opportunities
· Share insights with content and strategy teams
3-Crisis Management Protocols
· Monitor for crises using real-time sentiment tracking
· Activate escalation protocols with clients and stakeholders
· Coordinate with PR and strategy teams on response execution
· Ensure timely, accurate, brand-aligned communication
· Maintain incident logs and post-crisis debrief reports
4-Workflow Optimization
· Develop and manage escalation workflows, approval chains, and FAQ updates
· Align with Creative and Account teams on campaign schedules and launches
5- Reporting & Analysis
· Ensure timely submission of community reports
· Review reports for accuracy, clarity, and strategic value
· Present high-level summaries and engagement strategies to senior leadership
· Analyze sentiment trends and campaign performance
· Deliver actionable insights based on audience feedback
Required Skills & Qualifications
– 3+ years of experience in community management, social media, or digital marketing (agency experience preferred)
– Proven experience in crisis response or digital communications
– Deep knowledge of X, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok
– Proficiency in tools like Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Sprout Social, or similar
– Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
– Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
