- Provides quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints and escalations
- Disciplined & Target Oriented
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
Qualifications
Must have Educational technical / professional qualifications:
- High school diploma
- Experience in a contact centre environment
- Ability to use a CRM
- Arabic is a must
