Job Title: Medical Sales Supervisor
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Medical Sales Supervisor.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading and motivating the medical representatives team, enhancing product visibility, fostering strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and ensuring the highest standards of scientific promotion and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and guide the medical sales team to achieve territory objectives and KPIs
Coach and mentor medical representatives to improve product knowledge and communication skills
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and development plans
Develop and implement effective field strategies and promotional activities
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs)
Collaborate with marketing and management to align field activities with business goals
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards
Handle field challenges and resolve HCP concerns in a professional and timely manner
Conduct regular field visits and team meetings to support and align the team
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and therapeutic area developments
Requirements and Skills:
5–7 years of experience in medical sales, including supervisory or team-leading roles
Strong leadership and coaching abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Solid understanding of pharmaceutical promotion and compliance standards
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive performance
Customer-focused with a commitment to scientific integrity
Experience in promoting to gastroenterologists and gynecologists is a strong advantage
