We are hiring a “ICT Account Manager” to join our team.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented ICT Account Manager with 3–5 years of experience in selling cloud and cybersecurity solutions to SMEs across industry sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing accounts and developing new business opportunities across a portfolio of network security, endpoint security, and related cybersecurity products.
Key Responsibilities:
– Identify, engage, and manage SME clients to promote and sell cloud and cybersecurity solutions (firewalls, endpoint protection, secure email gateways, etc.).
– Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, IT managers, and stakeholders.
– Develop account plans, manage pipelines, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
– Collaborate with presales engineers and vendors to deliver accurate proposals and solution demonstrations.
– Stay current on industry trends, threats, and competitor activities in the cybersecurity market.
– Ensure proper documentation of sales activities in CRM tools.
– Work closely with marketing and product teams to support lead generation and campaign activities.
Minimum Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Business, or related field from a reputable university.
– 3–5 years of experience in ICT sales, with a strong focus on cybersecurity solutions.
– Proven track record of selling to SMBs in Jordan or the GCC.
– Excellent understanding of cybersecurity domains: Network Security, Endpoint Protection, Threat Intelligence, and Cloud Security.
– Excellent command of English—both written and spoken.
– Proficient in using CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales automation tools.
– Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications (a plus):
– Vendor certifications (Fortinet NSE, Sophos, Palo Alto Networks, Cisco Security, etc.).
– Knowledge of security compliance standards (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, etc.).
