About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Food and Beverage Manager to join Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

• Oversee operations of multiple F&B outlets, ensuring consistency in service, quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Drive financial performance by managing budgets, controlling expenses, and increasing profitability.
• Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team to uphold Jumeirah standards and values.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and operational excellence across FOH and BOH areas.
• Collaborate with chefs and marketing on menu planning, promotions, and guest feedback.
• Organize and execute special events while fostering innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

About you:

 

• Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years in a similar managerial role in a 5-star luxury hotel.
• At least 5 years of progressive Food and Beverage experience.
• Strong financial acumen and proficiency in MS Office and Micros POS.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and multicultural team management skills.
