Job Title:
Assistant Store Manager – Lululemon – Al Ain, UAE
Job Purpose
As the Deputy Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in leading the team to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will play a key role in team development, operational excellence, and creating a culture that reflects Lululemon’s values. The ideal candidate is energetic, fitness-oriented, and passionate about people, leadership, and performance.

- Assist in day-to-day store operations, ensuring excellence in guest experience, team engagement, and operational execution
- Support, coach, and develop team members through feedback, training, and performance management
- Lead by example with a strong floor presence, fostering a culture of accountability, energy, and connection
- Contribute to recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning
- Help drive store KPIs such as sales, conversion, and guest satisfaction
- Build relationships within the local fitness and wellness community as a Lululemon brand ambassador
- Step into the Store Manager role in their absence, ensuring consistent leadership and decision-making
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a retail leadership role
- Strong people management and team-building capabilities
- Passionate about health, fitness, or wellness, with a personal commitment to an active lifestyle
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy retail environment
- Experience working with a premium or lifestyle brand is a strong advantage
