Reporting to the HR Business Partner in Jordan, you will support a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations ensuring alignment with our company policies and objectives.
In this role, you’ll coordinate the recruitment and selection process, manage onboarding and offboarding, maintain accurate HR records, and support the implementation of HR policies and procedures. You’ll also help prepare HR reports and analytics, coordinate training activities, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
