About MADAD Collective

MADAD Collective is a community-driven movement amplifying the voices and visions of Palestinian Refugees, especially those living in camps across Palestine and neighboring countries. Through grassroots partnerships, research, and media production, MADAD challenges dominant narratives and supports locally rooted solutions.

The Role

We are currently seeking a passionate and committed Social Media Content Creator to join our team on a volunteer basis. This role is ideal for someone who believes in the power of storytelling and media to shift perceptions and support justice-led initiatives. The estimated time commitment is 10-15 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop compelling social media content aligned with MADAD’s mission
• Support refugee-led research and storytelling campaigns
• Collaborate on visual and written materials to challenge misconceptions
• Help reclaim and reframe narratives around Palestinian refugee communities

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in content creation, storytelling, and social media management
• Familiarity with Palestinian refugee issues and grassroots initiatives
• Strong writing and communication skills (Arabic and English preferred)
• Creative mindset with attention to visual identity and tone
• Collaborative spirit and sensitivity to community-centered work
• (Bonus) Experience in advocacy, research, or digital media production
