Detailed Job Description

• The Role holder is responsible for supervising and maintain the manufacturing& packaging operations in non -sterile area of Julphar plant facility as per the cGMP norms, follow the GDP as per respective SOP.
• Organize the smooth functioning of Production & packaging JVI plant and preparing SOP’s and conducting training to production staff.
• Responsible to help to discover safe and effective new drugs, develop them into effective medicines and monitor the finished product to customers. As well as assisting in production & packaging by interpreting and providing recommendations.
• You will also prepare Pharmaceuticals by reviewing and interpreting Physicians, Directives & defects any incompatibilities in the production process. In this role you must be customer- focused and remain upto date with the latest advances in pharmaceutical technology.
• To adhere with the cGMP principles and to maintain them in an effective manner.
• To follow gowning procedure as per the SOP.
• To follow safety procedures.
• Supervise overall Production & Packaging department.
• Co-ordinate with all other departments for efficient running of Production & Packaging department.
• Get productivity as per SOP and follow with maintenance for machine breakdown.
• Ensure and monitor that the Production & Packaging process is as per the standard procedures.
• Generate SAP notification for calibration due or maintenance.
• Review MPI if there is any change required.
• Conduct training to staff as per the SOP.
• Manage and distribute personnel duties to fulfil the plan.
• Check cleaning of area and equipment.
• Report and investigate any deviation observed in the area to the Senior Manager.
• Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by the superiors.

Qualification/Functional Knowledge

• Bachelor or masters in Pharmacy.
• 1-15 years’ worked experience in pharmaceutical industries.
• Basic Computer Knowledge.
• Good in understanding and writing of English Language.
