Job Responsibilities
Oversee all stages of manufacturing and packaging processes and document results in batch records.
Conduct in-process control (IPC) testing to ensure compliance with approved standards.
Inspect machines and production lines for proper clearance, cleaning, and labeling before operations.
Approve start-up operations after verifying compliance with cGMP guidelines and written procedures.
Ensure proper status labeling and identity labeling of rooms, materials, and equipment.
Collect and document samples of bulk, intermediate, finished, and validation products.
Monitor production processes to identify and report any deviations, problems, or non-compliance.
Collaborate with the production and quality teams to resolve issues promptly and maintain high standards.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, chemistry, chemical engineering or any related fields.
1-2 years of relevant experience in QA or IPC roles.
Strong knowledge of cGMP regulations and quality assurance practices.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
