Regional Sales Manager – West
About the job
We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to head SKFC’s Western Region operations in Saudi Arabia. This strategic role involves driving sales growth, expanding distribution reach, and managing key accounts across designated territories. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in FMCG, a strategic mindset, and a hands-on approach to team leadership and customer engagement.
The Ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8â10 years of experience in FMCG sales, including at least 3 years in a regional leadership position. A proven track record in managing profit and loss, leading teams, and working with distributor networks is essential. Strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills are critical for this role. Arabic language proficiency is preferred, and candidates should either be based in or willing to relocate to Jeddah.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the regional sales team, ensuring alignment with SKFC’s overall growth objectives.
- Achieve volume, revenue, and profitability targets for the assigned region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities, including participation in tenders.
- Develop and execute trade marketing initiatives and in-market activation plans.
- Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics to proactively adjust sales strategies.
- Ensure excellence in sales execution, order fulfillment, and collections.
- Uphold the company’s code of conduct and foster a high-performance sales culture.
Required Education & Years Of Experience

- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
- A master’s degree or MBA is preferred and will be considered an added advantage.
- 8â10 years of experience in FMCG sales, including at least 3 years in a regional leadership position

- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the FMCG market in Saudi Arabia and its regional dynamics.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Arabic and English is a must.
