📝 Job Summary:
This role involves providing technical and clinical support for patient monitoring and life support systems (PMLS). Responsibilities include training medical staff, ensuring proper device use, coordinating with suppliers and service teams, and contributing to customer satisfaction and product performance in the field.

🎓 Qualifications & Skills:
* 🎓 Diploma in Respiratory Therapy or Anesthesia Preferable
* 💬 Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* 🤝 Team player, able to work under pressure
* 💻 Computer skills
* 🌐 Fluent in Arabic and English
* 🚗 Valid driving license & private car
* 🧠 Basic knowledge of anatomy and medical devices

🛠️ Responsibilities:
* 👨‍⚕️ Train medical staff on PMLS devices (Anesthesia, Ventilators, monitors, Defibs, ECG, etc.)
* 📄 Support tender specifications and documentation
* 🏥 Assist in clinical procedures and follow up with customers
* 🔧 Coordinate with suppliers and service teams
* 🗂️ Prepare reports and gather customer feedback
