A leading Paints Factory in KSA is seeking to recruit the following
Operations Manager
Location:Â Riyadh / Kharj Industrial Area
Reporting To:Â Country Group Director – KSA
Job Summary:
Responsible for overseeing production, logistics, warehousing, and plant administration to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations across RAR’s plants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily plant operations including production planning, quality, and dispatch.
- Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
- Optimize raw material usage and production schedules.
- Coordinate between maintenance, QA/QC, and logistics departments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.
- 8+ years of operational experience, preferably in chemical/resin/paint sectors.
- Leadership experience with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in operations KPIs and ERP systems.
