A leading Paints Factory in KSA is seeking to recruit the following
Maintenance Manager
Location:Â Kharj / Riyadh Industrial Sites
Reporting To:Â Plant Manager
Job Summary:
The Maintenance Manager ensures the reliability and functionality of all plant equipment, minimizing downtime through proactive and reactive maintenance strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop preventive maintenance schedules for plant machinery.
- Lead mechanical, electrical, and utility maintenance teams.
- Coordinate repairs and manage spare parts inventory.
- Ensure all equipment complies with safety and operational standards.
- Work closely with production teams to ensure maintenance aligns with production schedules.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Strong knowledge of resins, chemical, or paint plant operations preferred.
