A leading Paints Factory in KSA is seeking to recruit the following
Finance Manager (KSA Experience Required)
Location:Â Kharj/ Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Reporting To:Â Country Group Director – KSA
Job Summary:
The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the KSA operations, ensuring compliance with Saudi regulations, optimizing cost structures, supporting strategic decisions, and maintaining financial integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Ensure compliance with ZATCA and Saudi commercial laws.
- Analyze monthly financial performance and produce reports for executive management.
- Manage audits, taxation, and banking relationships within KSA.
- Supervise accounting, payables, receivables, and payroll.
- Implement internal controls and financial procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/ACCA preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of finance experience, with at least 3 years in KSA.
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi VAT, payroll, and tax laws.
- ERP proficiency (SAGE, Oracle, or SAP preferred).
