Quality Control Engineer- Steel Structure Factory
Al-Hajjaj Group is to announce an open vacancy for the position of Quality Control Engineer at Al-Hajjaj Steel Structures Factory, located in Jordan – Mafraq – Development Zone.
✅ Job Title:
Quality Control Engineer – Steel Structure Factory
✅ Requirements:
Must be Egyptian nationality.
Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical or Industrial Engineering).
Must be registered with the Egyptian Engineers Syndicate.
A minimum of 7 years of proven experience in quality control within steel structure manufacturing or heavy industries.
Strong knowledge of quality management systems , inspection and test plans , and quality documentation.
Ability to prepare technical reports and quality records and coordinate with production teams, inspectors, and clients.
🛠️ Responsibilities:
1- Implement quality control procedures and plans to ensure efficient manufacturing processes.
2-Develop and maintain quality standards applicable to the production and assembly of steel structures.
3-Review and approve inspection and test plans submitted by technical departments or suppliers.
4-Identify, analyze, and resolve quality-related issues on the production line.
5-Plan and coordinate activities and ensure final product compliance with technical specifications and contract requirements.
6-Supervise quality inspectors and external quality service providers to ensure high standards of performance.
7-Review and approve quality documentation from suppliers and conduct internal and external audits.
8-Ensure proper implementation and distribution of approved technical documents to production teams.
9-Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports; monitor storage, loading, and delivery processes.
10-Coordinate inspections with external laboratories, clients, and subcontractors.
11-Prepare and develop all QNQC documentation reports in line with project requirements and local/international standards; liaise with the client for approvals.
