About this Position This position is responsible for ensuring accurate pricing processes, compliance with governance frameworks, and the integration of CRM tools across countries in the EM IMEA region. The role helps improve sales force efficiency, enhance data quality, and ensure strategic pricing alignment across the organization.

What You´ll Do

• Lead the regional rollout and continuous improvement of CRM tools
• Provide training, support, and troubleshooting for CRM users across Emerging Markets countries
• Monitor tool usage and adoption metrics; drive user engagement through regular communication and best practice sharing
• Ensure accurate pricing data is maintained and aligned across systems
• Support implementation of regional pricing tools and updates
• Create dashboards and reports related to tools performance and pricing accuracy
• Analyze trends and provide insights to improve pricing effectiveness and CRM adoption

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, or related field
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, ACE preferred)
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills
• Good understanding of pricing strategies and operational governance
• Fluent in English; additional regional languages are a plus
