📌 Available Positions & Qualifications:
🎨 Graphic Designer & Photographer
Essential Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Media, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years’ professional experience in design and multimedia.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in professional photography and videography (DSLR or mirrorless).
• Skilled in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• High creative aptitude and attention to artistic detail.
• Experience in education or institutional communication design is a plus.
🎓 University and Career Counselor
Essential Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in counselling, psychology, education, or a related field.
• Minimum of seven years of relevant experience, ideally in a school or university setting.
• Strong knowledge of international university admissions processes, including the UK, US, and EU systems.
• Experience advising students across a range of academic profiles on course selection, career pathways, and scholarship applications.
• Ability to manage a caseload of 40–60 students per year, delivering individual and group counselling sessions.
• Excellent English writing and communication skills.
• Professional email writing and client engagement proficiency.
• Proficient in using digital tools for student tracking, report writing, and virtual counselling, including advanced functions in Microsoft Excel and Word, as well as specialised digital platforms in university counselling.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in a related field.
• At least one recognised accreditation in university counselling (e.g., IACAC, NACAC) is a plus.
• Experience in scholarship advising, financial aid processes, or guiding students to highly selective universities.
