We’re looking for a (Bodyshop Auto Painter) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and painting vehicles in accordance with manufacturer standards and customer expectations. This role requires strong technical skills, a keen eye for color and detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality finishes on every job.
What We’re Looking For:
– 5+ years of experience in the same field.
– Experience required:
· Surface preparation, paint mixing, and spray application techniques using both solvent- and water-based systems.
· Experience in operating spray booths and equipment, performing color matching, and applying primers, basecoats, and clearcoats to a professional standard.
· Identifying and correcting paint defects, polishing and finishing, and blending repairs seamlessly is essential.
· Knowledge of safety protocols, PPE usage, and hazardous materials handling, along with the ability to maintain tools and equipment and adhere to environmental and regulatory standards.
· Ability to consistently deliver high-quality results are critical for success.
