Job Title: Senior Content Writer (Sales-Focused + Frameworks Expert)

About the Role:
We’re hiring a Senior Content Writer who eats frameworks for breakfast and writes copy that sells while people scroll!
If you live and breathe AIDA, PAS, BAB, and know how to mix frameworks like a pro, we want you.
You’ll be responsible for crafting conversion-driven content across platforms — from social media to websites to ad scripts — all aligned with strategic goals and brand voice.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales-Focused Writing
Write persuasive and high-converting content using proven frameworks (AIDA, PAS, BAB, FAB, etc.)
Craft content with a deep understanding of buyer psychology
Mix and match frameworks to serve campaign objectives
Social Media Content Strategy & Planning
Develop monthly content calendars tailored to brand tone and audience
Create engaging posts across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
Collaborate with design and media buying teams to align messaging with performance goals

Write compelling UX microcopy for websites and landing pages
Optimize CTAs, forms, headers, and user flows with clarity and persuasion
Ensure consistency in tone and usability across the site
Ad Scriptwriting
Write short-form and long-form ad scripts for social media platforms
Tailor hooks and CTAs to different funnel stages (awareness, interest, action)
Collaborate with videographers and voiceover artists to bring scripts to life
Content Strategy
Participate in brand and campaign strategy workshops
Align messaging with marketing goals and customer journeys
Audit and optimize existing content based on analytics and performance
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in sales-driven content writing
Strong portfolio showcasing work across multiple frameworks (AIDA, PAS, etc.)
Experience writing for eCommerce, SaaS, or service-based brands
Excellent command of English and/or Arabic
Solid understanding of UX principles and consumer behavior
Familiarity with tools like Notion, Google Docs, Meta Ads Manager (preferred)
Bonus If You Have:
Experience in writing for Shopify-based websites
SEO knowledge for optimizing landing pages
Experience working with designers and developers in Agile teams
