About the Role:
IFEC is seeking a highly skilled and driven Recruitment Specialist to join our Human Resources team in Amman, Jordan. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle and ensuring the organization attracts top-tier talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment processes
Partner with department managers to define hiring needs
Source qualified candidates using various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.)
Conduct initial screenings and interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers and schedule interviews
Maintain the recruitment database and generate reports
Ensure an exceptional candidate and onboarding experience
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 5 years of proven experience in recruitment
Strong sourcing and talent assessment skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
