We’re Hiring: Head of Marketing – Dooz

Join the team behind Dooz, Jordan’s leading automotive platform built to transform how people buy, sell, and service their vehicles.

We’re looking for a strategic and experienced marketing leader with a background in automotive, mobility tech, or high-growth startups to lead our next phase of expansion.

This is a unique opportunity to shape a brand, lead high-impact campaigns, and build your own creative and digital team from the ground up.

Location: Amman, Jordan
Type: Full-time
Level: Mid–Senior / Director

– Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute data-driven marketing strategies

Build and manage a team of UX, design, content, and performance experts

Drive user growth and brand visibility through digital and offline campaigns

Collaborate cross-functionally with product and partnerships

Own marketing KPIs and report directly to executive leadership

– Ideal Background

5+ years in marketing leadership, preferably in automotive, app-based platforms, or fast-paced startups

Demonstrated success in brand building and user acquisition
