Job Summary :

The Branch Supervisor oversees the daily operations of an automotive service branch, ensuring efficient workflow, excellent customer service, and financial performance. They lead a team of technicians and service advisors, manage scheduling and resource allocation, and drive continuous improvement across all operational areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Supervise, coach, and evaluate staff; build a productive and motivated team.
• Operational Management: Oversee scheduling, technician assignments, and branch organization.
• Customer Satisfaction: Resolve issues, ensure clear communication, and uphold service quality.
• Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies, suggest improvements, and implement best practices.
• Financial Performance: Monitor costs, revenue, and KPIs; contribute to profitability.
• Compliance and Safety: Enforce adherence to safety and company standards.
• Inventory Management: Maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or any related field.

Experience: 5–7 years in branch or service center management, preferably within the automotive industry.

Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and team development capabilities.

Knowledge: Solid understanding of automotive repair, service processes, and operational workflows.
