Are you commercially driven, passionate about football, and ready to help grow the game in Jordan?

The Jordan Football Association (JFA) is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Commercial Manager to support and manage the full spectrum of our commercial operations. This includes sponsorships, advertising, partnerships, media buying, and other commercial initiatives across both national teams and local competitions. You’ll work closely with leading brands and agencies to deliver value, drive revenue, and strengthen JFA’s commercial ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the commercial development process including sponsorships, advertisers, media partners, and brand collaborations.
• Prepare tailored proposals, presentations, and packages based on stakeholder objectives and JFA assets.
• Assist in identifying and approaching new commercial prospects across multiple sectors.
• Lead the execution and delivery of commercial rights and obligations across all JFA properties including national teams, local leagues, tournaments, and events.
• Manage day-to-day communication and servicing for commercial partners, sponsors, advertisers, and media buyers.
• Oversee branding implementation and visibility deliverables (LEDs, backdrops, signage, media, digital, activations).
• Coordinate internally with events, competitions, media, and national teams to ensure proper delivery of commitments.
• Manage partner activations and media placements across matches, events, digital platforms, and fan experiences.
• Maintain clear records of rights fulfillment, branding schedules, activation calendars, and partner-specific assets.
• Prepare post-activation reports, case studies, and renewal packages with visual and performance data.
• Track commercial satisfaction and identify renewal or upsell opportunities based on performance and alignment.
• Support reporting, documentation, and commercial revenue tracking in coordination with internal stakeholders.
• Assist in the development of new commercial products (e.g., digital inventory, licensing, merchandising).
• Support any additional commercial initiatives or strategic tasks as requested by the Director of Marketing & Communications.

Requirements

• +6 years of experience in commercial partnerships, sponsorship, advertising, or media account management.
• Strong client servicing skills and the ability to coordinate complex deliverables.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English.
• Solid understanding of sports marketing, brand activations, and commercial media planning.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a high-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
